Our library is growing, with an emphasis on cookbooks.  This Christmas, I received my third Thomas Keller cookbook.  I believe these three cover the”core” of his cooking content.  Most of the recipes we have tried are for very simple meals.  However, following his technique requires multiple steps, and a significant time investment.  But the resulting dishes are well worth that investment. The descriptive writing in the cookbooks is an added bonus.
